Sarah works two days per week, supporting teaching and learning across our schools, developing partnerships and links and securing funding to support special projects.

Sarah Davison has worked in the Tandridge area and for Tandridge schools for the past twenty-three years. She retired in 2022 but returned to work in October 2022 on a part-time basis for Tandridge Learning Trust.  Sarah has an amazing understanding of Tandridge, its schools, and its families, having managed the Tandridge Confederation, which later became the Tandridge Education Partnership (TEP).  She also managed the Teaching School and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements at the Tandridge Teaching School. 

Before working in  Tandridge, Sarah worked at the Girls Day School Trust, and prior to that, she worked in public relations.

Sarah supports teaching and learning across our schools, through organising training and development opportunities for staff. She works to develop community partnerships and promote strong links with local groups and other Trusts. She searches out funding wherever possible that will support our Trust through various projects and programmes. Sarah currently works two days a week.
