PA to CEO & Trust Administrator
Caren supports our Chief Executive and assists our directors, headteachers and governors in the running of and planning for TLT schools. She also ensures the smooth running of the Central Services offices, handling TLT administration and managing lettings.

Compliance Officer
Julie is the Compliance Officer working across the primaries within the Trust to ensure all our sites comply with legislative requirements to protect the building fabrics, systems and users.

Trust Governance Lead
Lisa is the clerk for the Trust Board, and also manages and coordinates the governance functions across all Trust schools.

MAT Finance Manager
Catherine leads the Central Services Finance Team and works closely with the headteachers and other senior leaders. She manages all aspects of Finance, including operations, accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Financial Control Officer
Suzanne is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial postings.

Finance Officer (Infant & Primary)
Judith oversees the finances for all the Trust’s primary and infant schools. She is responsible for producing management accounts, monitoring income, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting.

Tina-Louise oversees the finances for Warlingham School & Sixth Form College. She is responsible for producing management accounts, monitoring income, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting.

Finance Officer (Hamsey Green)
Tracy is the Finance Officer responsible for overseeing all finance processing within Hamsey Green Primary School and Acorns Nursery. She also manages income reconciliation for the wider Trust, maintains the sales ledger, and ensures effective credit control.

Tracy is the Finance Officer responsible for managing the purchase ledger and leading the purchase-to-pay process for the Trust. She oversees credit card reconciliations, payment runs, and supplier management, ensuring that financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant.

Dani is the Finance Assistant for the Trust, responsible for placing orders for schools across the organisation. She supports the Purchase-to-Pay process and oversees a wide range of finance administration tasks, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Darci is the Procurement Officer for the Trust, responsible for managing procurement for all contracts across the schools and central team. She ensures that the Trust secures best value while maintaining the quality of goods and services.

Anoj is the Purchase Ledger Officer for the Trust, responsible for processing purchase invoices for all schools across the organisation. He manages supplier vetting and ensures that all financial transactions comply with the Trust’s financial regulations.

IT Assistant Network Manager
Mircea plays a key role in maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure used by all our schools and by our MAT Central Services Team. He is dedicated to keeping the schools’ IT infrastructure reliable, secure, and future-ready.

IT Operations Manager
Lee oversees all IT hardware and technical infrastructure for Warlingham School & Sixth Form College. He also provides additional hardware support and asset management for our primary schools, ensuring that staff and pupils have reliable access to the technology they need.

Ben provides first line support to staff and pupils at Warlingham School & Sixth Form College. His work also supports both the IT Assistant Network Manager and IT Operations Manager, ensuring a reliable and responsive service for the whole school community.
