Alison provides strategic leadership across the full people agenda, including workforce strategy, organisational design, employee relations, leadership development and governance. She provides people expertise and support, so school leaders can focus on delivering excellent teaching and learning.

Alison is an experienced senior HR and organisational development leader with a career built around supporting executive teams and boards to deliver sustainable organisational improvement. She spent over five years as Head of Employee Relations and Business Partnership within the NHS, leading complex, high-risk employee relations and safeguarding investigations at executive and board level. Her earlier career spanned independent HR consultancy and over a decade of progressive HR roles within large, highly regulated public sector organisations, giving her deep expertise in employment legislation, governance, organisational change and workforce data and analytics.

Alison holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR (Grad CIPD) from London South Bank University.

Beyond her professional commitments, Alison enjoys hiking and travelling, always looking forward to her next trail or destination.
